By using Daily Nogin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they protect both you and us.
By downloading, installing, or using Daily Nogin™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of Daily Nogin.
To use Daily Nogin, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
🔑 Your email address is the key to your Daily Nogin account. If you lose access to your email and forget your password, we cannot guarantee account recovery and your entries may be permanently inaccessible. We strongly recommend saving your login credentials somewhere secure.
If you need help recovering your account, contact us at support@dailynogin.com and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee recovery in cases where email access has been lost.
You own all journal entries, recordings, handwriting, and other content you create in Daily Nogin ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will never use it for advertising, AI training, or any purpose other than providing the App to you.
You agree not to use Daily Nogin to:
Your use of Daily Nogin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your privacy seriously. Your journal entries are stored securely and are accessible only through your account.
Daily Nogin is free to download and includes 1 GB of storage at no cost. This never expires. Optional paid plans and storage add-ons are available for users who need more capacity. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard payment terms.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the App via Settings → Delete Account. If you need further assistance, please contact support@dailynogin.com. Upon deletion, your entries will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Deleted entries are moved to Recently Deleted, where you can recover or permanently delete them at any time.
Daily Nogin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control, such as device failure or force majeure events.
Daily Nogin is a journaling tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Nogin and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but these Terms otherwise survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Daily Nogin shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
